Five-time Masters champion Tiger Woods and Fred Ridley, Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament, visited the sites of The Loop at The Patch and the future TGR Learning Lab Augusta.
Woods and his course architecture firm, TGR Design, will design a new, nine-hole short course as part of the renovation of The Patch. Additionally, the Club and Woods’ nonprofit, TGR Foundation, will construct a TGR Learning Lab in Augusta, Ga., which will provide access to science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) education and opportunities for young people to prepare for their future.
