Whether teaching a first-time golfer, hosting a major tournament, or guiding a facility through transformative growth, Brady Noland’s mission remains the same: to create opportunities for people to enjoy the game of golf and to leave every facility better than he found it.
Joseph Reese, PGA

Joseph Reese is a PGA Professional based in Augusta, GA, with a coaching background that combines competitive golf, collegiate coaching, and a decade of military leadership. His approach to instruction is built around helping each player understand their game, develop sound fundamentals, and build confidence on the course.
Joseph began his golf journey while serving in the Marine Corps, where he played for and helped coach the All-Marine golf teams from 2022–2024. Following his retirement from the Marine Corps in 2024, he transitioned into collegiate golf coaching, working with both the men’s and women’s programs at North Carolina A&T.
His coaching philosophy is structured, personalized, and player-focused. He believes effective instruction goes beyond simply changing a swing; it’s about understanding how a player learns, identifying the areas that will have the greatest impact, and developing a plan they can take from the lesson to the course.
Whether a player is picking up a club for the first time, looking to improve consistency, returning to the game, or preparing for competitive golf, Joseph’s goal is to help each player become more confident and capable while enjoying the process along the way.
