General Manager
Brady Noland is a PGA Class A Professional with extensive experience leading golf and hospitality operations. Previously serving as the General Manager of Oak Wing Golf Club, Brady successfully guided a full club turnaround, driving revenue growth, doubling membership and elevating the member experience. Known for his hands-on leadership and strategic approach, Brady has overseen comprehensive capital projects and managed award-winning golf facilities. He is an active leader within the PGA of America and a Certified Lead Instructor for PGA HOPE. With his approachable leadership style and commitment to excellence, Brady brings energy, accountability and innovation to the Patch.

Joseph Reese
Director of Golf
Joseph Reese is a PGA Member and golf operations leader with a unique background in executive management, player development and military leadership. A former U.S. Marine Corps Captain, Joseph brings disciplined, mission-focused leadership and strategic operational expertise to golf facility management.
In Joseph’s last role as Director of Golf at Eaglewood Golf Course, he oversaw multi-department operations, financial performance, instruction programs and tournament execution at a full-service facility benefiting the military community. Joseph has experience as an NCAA Division I coach, junior and adult player development coordinator and high-level event operations. Joseph is known for building strong teams, driving participation and delivering exceptional customer and member experiences.

Will Guererri
Director of Golf Course and Grounds
Will Guererri is an accomplished Golf Course Superintendent with extensive experience leading agronomic programs at premier private clubs and high-profile golf facilities across the Southeast. Will is known for his innovative and detailed approach, specializing in large-scale renovations and building high-performing maintenance teams. In Will’s previous role serving as the Golf Course and Grounds Superintendent at Steel Wings in Mississippi, he oversaw comprehensive property management and long-term master planning for a unique private estate. Prior to that, Will led full-course renovations and capital improvement projects at New Orleans Country Club and The Golf Club at Audubon Park, earning national and regional recognition for course excellence. A respected industry leader, Will is a past President of the Louisiana–Mississippi GCSA and remains committed to elevating the game through integrity, education and environmental stewardship.

Ira Miller
Patch Ambassador
Ira Miller, retired U.S. Navy veteran, and longtime community advocate in Augusta, Georgia, previously served as the General Manager of the Augusta Municipal Golf Course for over 10 years. During his time, Ira championed affordable public golf and guided the course through key milestones, including major recovery and renovation efforts. Ira now serves as Ambassador of The Patch, continuing his commitment to community-centered golf operations. A 20-year Navy veteran, Ira leads with integrity and servant leadership, is a dedicated volunteer with First Tee of Augusta and remains active in his church and local community.
